For most of what I write, no. Some policies ask health questions over the phone, and some ask nothing at all. Which one fits you depends on your health history.
Usually yes. Different carriers treat conditions differently, and some policies accept everyone in the age range with no health questions at all — those have a waiting period before the full benefit applies, which I'll explain clearly before you sign anything.
Not to give you a quote. That only comes up on an actual application, once you've decided you want the policy. I'll never ask for your bank login or your card number over a text message.
Nothing. I'm paid by the carrier when a policy is issued, not by you.
